Suneel M Advani is a double graduate in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He also holds a degreein Law from Mumbai University. Mr Advani joined Blue Star Limited in March1969 as a Management Trainee.He held various responsible positions in Blue Star Limited before joining its Board in 1983 as Executive Director. He was elevated to the position of President and Vice Chairman of Blue Star Limited in 1984 and was redesignated as Vice Chairman & Managing Director in 2005.

Mr Advani set up the Software Exports Division in Blue Star Limited in 1983 and oversaw its operations from inception. This Division was later spun off and incorporated as Blue Star Infotech Limited. He was appointed Chairman of the Company in 1998 and in June 2005 was appointed as its Chairman & Managing Director.

ATV is responsible for the global Delivery, Sales, Marketing and RMG functions at Blue Star Infotech. ATV is a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Madras University and a Bachelor of Technology (Electronics Engineering) from Madras Institute of Technology (affiliated to MIT – Mass. USA).

He had started his career with Blue Star Limited in the HP Division field organization as a trainee sales engineer at Bangalore in 1977. He was then transferred to HP India which was a JV between HP USA and Blue Star Ltd. He has held several Sales Management positions across India, including Country GM for Telecom Sales in India, at HP. He then moved on to become the Center Director for the HP India Software Operations Delivery Center at Chennai, India. He was the first to set up a full fledged HPIT Applications Lab in HPISO, and he took care of both front end engagements with the CIOs/HPIT managers, and back end offshore delivery. In June 03 he joined HP Worldwide Strategic Outsourcing Pursuit team where he worked as Director, Delivery Solutions. He participated in many mega US $ 1B+ ITO Deal pursuits. He has set up and managed Account management and Governance teams in various geographies. His last assignment in HP, prior to joining Blue Star Infotech, was in a Client Director role in their BPO Organization.

Raghunathan has been with Blue Star Infotech since 1974. His responsibility at Blue Star includes Technology, Quality, Methodology Lab, Internal Systems and Facilities. He is an M. Tech, Electrical from I.I.T. Mumbai. He started his career as a Systems Engineer at Hewlett-Packard Division of Blue Star Ltd to support the slew of their software products for diverse commercial and technical applications. Later he moved on to take the responsibility of managing the application and systems engineering operations for Hewlett-Packard Division nationally as a Manager.

His stint in the HP Division was followed by his role in the 'Quantum' operations in Blue Star's Electronics Division where he managed the software support and sourcing and hardware support. He then branched into the International Software Division of Blue Star, where he was responsible for their software development function and later the over all profit responsibility of ISD. He has worked with companies to the likes of Hewlett-Packard, Racal, Hitachi and 3M.

Harish, as President of Blue Star Infotech (America) Inc., is primarily responsible for BSI’s sales and operations in North America. He also carries the responsibility for growing BSI’s Product Engineering practice which provides technology services to Independent Software Vendors and High-tech companies worldwide.

Harish has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry including nine years in North America. He brings a strong portfolio of experiences encompassing Outsourced Product Development, Applications Outsourcing and Global Business Development. Prior to joining BSI, he was a Senior Vice President with Patni Americas Inc. where he handled multiple senior leadership responsibilities including managing global strategic alliances, running a global business unit focused on outsourced product development services to ISVs and leading a National Industry Sales Group for the High Tech Industry in North America. He has also worked with leading IT multi-nationals including NCR Corporation, Tandem Computers and Digital Equipment in India.

Sudhir Gera has been with Blue Star Infotech since it was spun off in the year 2000. He is primarily responsible for BSI’s sales and operations in Europe, UK and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, he carries the responsibility growing BSI’s Health Sciences business which provides technology services to medical equipment manufacturers and health care companies globally. A B.E (Electrical) with a management degree from IIM-Ahmedabad, Sudhir started his career at the parent company Blue Star Ltd. As National Product Manager, he was in charge of product profitability, foreign liaisons, turnkey projects, business expansion and joint ventures.

His stint at Blue Star Ltd. was followed by his career at Lemuir Group as the General Manager-Diversification. He was also a key member of the restructuring team of corporate affairs. Additionally, Sudhir implemented new projects synergistically with existing activities. Sudhir has been the force behind Blue Star Infotech's present global presence. He has been consistently taking the company to untapped geographies especially in UK, Europe and later Japan, and consequently adding to the company's global revenues. As a key member of the strategic group, he has formulated and successfully implemented flexible engagement models across geographies.

Hemant has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons) and was ranked 12th by the All India Institute of Chartered Accountants in his final year of CA. His career spans over 20 years. He has worked for both manufacturing and IT firms. His vast experience includes handling Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Admin, HR and Secretarial matters etc

Prior to joining Blue Star Infotech, Hemant was working with Geometric Software Solutions Co. Ltd, where he was responsible for Finance, Accounts, and Taxation matters of the company, as the Chief Finance Officer. He has also worked for companies like Onward Technologies Ltd, Greaves Ltd and A. F. Ferguson & Co. and before that as a trainee with Hoechst Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Harish holds a Management degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai, after completing his BSc from St. Josephs College, Bangalore. Before he joined Blue Star Infotech, Harish has handled the global HR department at L&T Infotech for a year, prior to which he was with ICI India Ltd..heading HR in the paints business.

He has previously worked with ACC and PCS. In Blue star Infotech, Harish heads the HR function and is responsible for Senior Level Recruitments, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Compensation Management and Employee Relations globally
