long is the probation period at

Campus recruits (freshers) the
probation period is one year,
while for experienced employees
the probation period is for
6 months. |

Annual Business Plan, Developmental
Areas identified at the time
of the Annual Performance Appraisal,
Software Professionals Training
Roadmap, Skills and Roles required
for upcoming projects and also
on individual needs. The External
Training programmes are based
on requirements. On a need basis,
Business / Functional Heads
nominate the employees for external
training after the approval
of the EVP / Executive Committee. |
