Insurance: The Group Mediclaim
Insurance Policy is available to the
employees and their family members
to provide them stability against

are covered under Group Personal Accident
Insurance policy. This policy covers
any contingency arising due to accident

Health Check-Up: Blue

health and well being of all its employees
.The “Executive Health Check-up”
plan by the Company-appointed Doctor,
once in a year looks after the health

Providend
Fund: This is applicable
to all employees of Blue Star Infotech
Limited. A Trust formed by the Company
operates the Provident Fund. A certain
amount of the Basic monthly salary
is deducted and contributed towards
the Provident Fund account. Blue Star
Infotech also makes an equivalent
contribution out of which some percentage
is contributed towards the Pension
Fund and the balance amount is contributed
to the PF account. The employees earn
interest as declared by trustees of
Blue Star Infotech EPF trust. |

Superannuation: For employees at the level of Managers
and above, Blue Star Infotech contributes
a certain amount of the Basic Salary
every month to the Superannuation
Fund, which is managed by the Trust
formed by the company. The benefit

of managers and above who complete

The processing fee is also lower than
the market rate. Employees can also
avail of credit card facility wherein
the processing fee and the annual
fee for the first year is completely
